A French blend, enhanced with the Greek variety Agiorgitiko, which gives a highly enjoyable result, from Mount Paggaio. Books Chora Erythro was created from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlo with a small participation of Agiorgitiko. Deep purple on the face with vivid reflections. The wine matures for about 12 months in new French oak barrels, which contributes to its wonderful organoleptic character. On the nose, the aromas of red fruit, gooseberry and spices emerge together with notes of vanilla, cedar and milk chocolate. In the mouth it is rich, exuberant, well-structured, with velvety tannins, which give it a long aftertaste and great aging potential. A wine that can be consumed today, but also in the future, aging for several years.
